Your Six-Month SEO Campaign Timeline

Month 1

Keyword Research

This first month is all about getting our bearings and uncovering exactly what your potential customers are typing into search engines. We’ll dig into the data, find the most valuable high-intent keywords for your business, and lay down a rock-solid strategy so we aren't just guessing—we’re targeting the exact terms that will actually drive leads and sales.

On-Page SEO Audit

Month two is where we take a close look under the hood of your website. I’ll review your existing pages from top to bottom, fixing titles, headings, content structure, and keyword placement so search engines can easily understand what you offer and rank you where you deserve to be.

Month 2

Month 3

Technical Audit

Month three is all about fixing any hidden roadblocks and starting to build momentum. I’ll tackle the technical side of your site—speed issues, crawl errors, and mobile hiccups—while we start rolling out fresh, targeted content designed to answer your customers' biggest questions.

Implement Audit Changes & Content Creation

This is where things really start coming together. I’ll put all those recommended on-page and technical fixes into action, optimize your core service pages, and send over your first set of clear, straightforward reports so you can see exactly how everything is progressing.

Month 4

Month 5

Content Creation & Reporting

Month five is all about keeping our foot on the gas. We’ll expand your content footprint based on what’s already working, target new keyword opportunities, and continually monitor your rankings and incoming traffic to ensure steady, upward momentum.

Content Creation & Reporting

By month six, we’re looking at the bigger picture. We’ll deepen your topical authority, strengthen internal linking across your site, and analyze our overall performance to map out the next wave of growth and long-term search dominance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will We Sign a Contract?

Yes.
For a six month campaign. After six months we roll into a month-by-month agreement that can be canceled by either party with 30 days notice.

How Will We Measure Results?

SEO campaign success is measured by a few different metrics:

1. We will use Google Analytics to see "organic traffic" increase over time.
2.We will track all of the new URLs we design together and post to your site, so that we can see how much new traffic you website has received as a result of our content creation methods.
3. We will track a collection of keywords, and see where they rank in Google's search pages on a monthly basis.

How Long Before My Website Sees Results?

It depends on your existing Domain Authority and if you have had SEO work done in the past.

Sometimes a website can see new rankings and traffic in as little as three months. I would say that in anywhere from three months to nine months we should start to see the effects of all the work we do together.

How Will I Know What you Are Working On?

At the start of your campaign I create a project board for you in my project management platform.

I will share a link to this project board with you so that you can see all of the deliverables completed on a monthly basis.

We will also be having regular phone calls to discuss details of your campaign. I will also be providing you with monthly email reports to go over the analytics data as well as the deliverables being complete each month.

Will You Act as My Webmaster?

I can, if you need me to.

Some of my clients have their own webmaster and for others, I end up acting as their webmaster. I am well-versed in Wordpress and other CMS platforms and can easily help update your site for you.

I do charge an extra fee for ongoing webmaster work.

Will You Be Writing My Content For Me?

I can, if you need me to.

Most websites are already using AI to write the majority of their content. If you have any human writers or editors on your team we can work with them and I can provide guidance on what to make the content about.  But if you don't have any writers then I can provide this deliverable for you each month.

What Accounts Will I Share With You?

At the start of your campaign I will ask you to share your Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools accounts with me.

if you are unfamiliar with these platforms or do not already have them set up. I will help you set them up so that we can record your SEO campaign's progress over time.

Can You Make Me a New Website?

I can, if you need me to.

We can have a separate discussion about that if you'd like.

Some clients end up hiring me to do their SEO, make them a new website and then end up acting as webmaster.

What Happens at the End of Month Six?

We move into a month-by-month continuation of our campaign. You or I can cancel the arrangement at any time with a 30-day notice.

1. No Guarantee of Search Engine Rankings

While we utilize industry-standard best practices, proven methodologies, and customized local search engine optimization strategies, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or placements on Google, Bing, Yahoo, or any other search engine.

Search engine algorithms are highly complex, proprietary, and constantly evolving. Google alone updates its search algorithms thousands of times per year. These examples are not a guarantee, promise, or projection of your future earnings, business growth, or marketing success. Your individual results will depend on a multitude of factors beyond our control, including your industry, geographic competition, business reputation, product-market fit, pricing, customer service, and overall execution.

3. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Our local SEO roadmaps and strategies may recommend the use of third-party platforms, software, or tools (such as Google Business Profile, directory networks, or scheduling tools).
